Dr. Odongo Robert is a highly skilled General Surgeon with growing expertise in laparoscopic surgery, endoscopy, and colposcopy, committed to advancing surgical care through innovation and education. With nearly a decade of clinical and leadership experience in Uganda’s healthcare system, he has served at top institutions, including Kiruddu and Mulago National Referral Hospitals.
Our General Surgeon specializes in laparoscopic and emergency surgical procedures, with additional training in gastrointestinal endoscopy and cervical colposcopy. His
patient care blends surgical precision with a strong focus on safety and recovery. Dr. Odongo believes every patient deserves timely access to modern surgical interventions. Outside the OR, he is devoted to mentoring interns and training future surgeons through his leadership at Kiruddu’s surgery unit.
He has also contributed to surgical systems and medical research. At Kiruddu National Referral Hospital, Dr. Odongo leads the surgical
services that restore health, improve outcomes, and help patients return to full,
pain-free lives.
